Be free from stains, damage, or odors
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts
Not be altered, washed, or modified in any way
Items Not Eligible for No-Reason Return
Personalized or custom-made products (engraving, custom sizing, bespoke designs, etc.)
Items that show clear signs of use and cannot be resold
Requests submitted after the 7-day return window
Personal items such as underwear or earrings (if applicable to your store)
2. Return Process
Submit a Request
Contact customer service or submit a return request through your account within 7 days of delivery.
Approval
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide the return address.
Ship the Item Back
After receiving the return instructions, please ship the item within 3 days and provide the tracking number.
If the item is not shipped within the required time, the return request may be cancelled.
Inspection & Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
No-reason returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Quality issues, wrong item, or seller’s error: We will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.
Discounts, coupons, or promotions used in the order will not be refunded in cash, and only the amount you actually paid will be refunded.
5. Important Notes
Please use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
